At ICA-Grupo, we are pleased to present a new success story: the project management of the Casa SEAT project. From conception to execution, we played a key role in the creation of this unique space in Barcelona.
The challenge:
Our client, SEAT, entrusted us with the management of the Casa SEAT project. This challenge involved assistance and representation at all stages, from the initial idea to the final handover. Casa SEAT encompasses an impressive 2,278 square metres of space spread over four floors of a completely refurbished building on Barcelona's iconic Passeig de Gràcia.
Solution:
Our team of experts was responsible for overseeing every aspect of the project. From the conceptual design to the executive project, including equipment (furniture and audiovisual elements), construction supervision, commissioning, licensing and financial control, we ensured that every detail was perfectly managed.
Result:
Casa SEAT is a space conceived for Barcelona, a place where the latest trends in design, mobility, technology and urban culture can be explored. This innovative building has an auditorium that hosts a varied agenda of cultural activities, a restaurant that offers a sustainable gastronomic proposal, a coworking space and an avant-garde showroom where the latest SEAT, CUPRA and SEAT MÓ launches are exhibited.
In addition, Casa SEAT houses a corporate floor where different areas of the company work in an interdisciplinary way to share their knowledge and collaborate on cross-cutting projects. On the same floor is the Concept Lab, where the company's designers bring to life the most innovative proposals, inspired by the light and vibrant lifestyle of Barcelona.
